Why do we bother cleaning, sharpening and oiling hedge old clippers? Because we like to sell tools which will last for decades to come, not a year or two and then in the trash and buy another pair shipped from halfway around the world to last another year or two. These are a joy to hold and use. Usually made with D2 steel but there’s no way to know.
