From a wonderful TAC home. Four bulbs, two up and two down. Hangs by a chain. Designed by Carl Fagerlund. This is the original version of this lamp which was changed in the 1960s 0r 1970s. This crystal glass was individually poured into a wooden mold (like Aalto vases) so each one is a bit unique while later versions were not.
