19th century plate. Looks like it could be 20th century modern. And the design is based on an even older Chinese design first produced in the 15th century. Part of “blue on white” production by Minton (not blue and white). No chips. back side has some staining, display side has no scratches (must have been used for display only). A little over 8” in diameter.
