Crafted from some of the billions of single use chopsticks discarded annually, these bamboo chopstick baskets succeed in coupling re-purpose with artistry. In addition to the visually interesting construction, the basket cleverly folds flat for storage, and can be used to hold both food and household items.
Designed by Oregon artist, Bryan Parks. The post-use chopsticks are collected from restaurants, sanitized at high temperatures, then boiled in black tea to give them a rich honey color.
